INGREDIENTS
- 2 large apples
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Wash and core apple with a spoon. Slice to 1/2 inch.
- Heat large cast iron skillet on medium heat.
- Add oil and apple slices to skillet and sauté 5 minutes.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl and sprinkle over apples and sauté until tender about 10 more minutes.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
