INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes
- 1 pound frozen green beans
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Wash red potatoes. Cut larger potatoes in half.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir green beans and potatoes with oil and dry ranch seasoning until vegetables are evenly coated.
- Spread green beans and red potatoes in an even layer on a baking pan and place in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
