Peanut Butter Dip

Makes 5 servings; ¼ cup each serving

  • 1 cup plain, low fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon honey


  1. Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  2. Add yogurt, peanut butter, and honey to a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container.
  3. Serve with apple slices, celery sticks, or your favorite raw fruits.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
