INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plain, low fat Greek yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon honey
DIRECTIONS
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Add yogurt, peanut butter, and honey to a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container.
- Serve with apple slices, celery sticks, or your favorite raw fruits.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
