INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium apple
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 cup plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Wash and cut apple in half. Core apple with a spoon. Chop to 1-inch pieces. Place in large mixing bowl.
- Peel bananas and chop into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in large mixing bowl with apples.
- Mix yogurt and 1/4 tsp cinnamon with apples and bananas.
- Add the mixture to four small bowls and sprinkle with additional cinnamon to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to one hour.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours
