INGREDIENTS
- 2 (15 ounce) cans, reduced sodium great northern beans
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- 2 T molasses
- ½ cup low-sodium ketchup
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 T yellow mustard or 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup apple juice
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Drain and rinse beans.
- Spray an 8 x 8 square baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine beans, molasses, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, and apple juice. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
