Southwestern Black Beans

Makes 4 servings; 1/2 cup each serving

INGREDIENT


  • 1 can (15.5 ounce) can black beans, no salt added 
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons salsa
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

DIRECTIONS


  1. Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  2. Drain and rinse black beans.
  3. Mix all ingredients with beans. 
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
