Toppings: ½ cup low fat shredded cheese divided, ½ cup low fat plain yogurt, divided, green onions
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
Spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Wash potatoes well and cut in half lengthwise (like a book).
Place potato halves cut side up, spray with oil, and sprinkle evenly with all-purpose seasoning and salt. Turn potato halves cut side down on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fork tender.
