INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 cup strawberries or 1 banana (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- In a jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup and vanilla flavoring.
- Place a lid on the jar and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. Remove the oats from the refrigerator and shake or stir well.
- Top the oats with sliced strawberries or banana.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
