Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS


  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1/2 cup strawberries or 1 banana (optional)

DIRECTIONS


  1. Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  2. In a jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup and vanilla flavoring.
  3. Place a lid on the jar and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.  Remove the oats from the refrigerator and shake or stir well.
  4. Top the oats with sliced strawberries or banana.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
