Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl.
Use a spoon or brush to coat fillets with oil. Press filets into the Parmesan cheese mixture. Arrange the filets on the baking pan. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. Broil last 2 minutes for crispier filets.
