INGREDIENTS
- Vegetable oil cooking spray or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Lightly coat an 8 to 9-inch pie dish or baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray.
- Wash and finely chop green onions.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Dijon mustard.
- Stir in diced ham, Swiss cheese and green onions. Pour the mixture into the pie dish or baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the quiche is set and slightly golden on top. Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
