Crustless Ham and Cheese Quiche

INGREDIENTS


  • Vegetable oil cooking spray or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 5 large eggs 
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  3. Lightly coat an 8 to 9-inch pie dish or baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray.
  4. Wash and finely chop green onions.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Dijon mustard.
  6. Stir in diced ham, Swiss cheese and green onions.  Pour the mixture into the pie dish or baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the quiche is set and slightly golden on top.  Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
