Corn and Northern Bean Salad

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh
  • ½ red onion, medium 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup Happy Healthy Italian Dressing

DIRECTIONS


  1. Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  2. Drain and rinse beans.  
  3. Drain corn over beans. 
  4. Wash bell pepper, celery and cilantro. Wrap cilantro in a paper towel to dry. Cut pepper, and celery into small pieces.  Remove cilantro leaves from steams and chop. 
  5. Cut onion into small pieces.
  6. Combine all ingredients and toss.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
