Corn and Green Chilies Salad

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 lime 
  • 4 green onions 
  • 2 Tablespoons cilantro, fresh 
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn 
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies 
  • ½ Tablespoon vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS


  1. Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. 
  2. Wash lime. Cut in half and squeeze into a bowl. 
  3. Wash green onions and cut into small pieces. 
  4. Wash cilantro and cut into small pieces. 
  5. Drain corn and tomatoes. 
  6. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. 
  7. Chill before serving. 
  8. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours
