INGREDIENTS
- 1 lime
- 4 green onions
- 2 Tablespoons cilantro, fresh
- 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- ½ Tablespoon vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Wash lime. Cut in half and squeeze into a bowl.
- Wash green onions and cut into small pieces.
- Wash cilantro and cut into small pieces.
- Drain corn and tomatoes.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Chill before serving.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours
