INGREDIENTS
- 2 broccoli crowns, fresh
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 Tablespoons bacon bits, optional
- ½ cup mayonnaise, low-fat
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Wash broccoli and cut into bite size pieces. Add pieces to a mixing bowl.
- Cut onion into small pieces. Add onion, craisins and bacon bits to bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar and pour over ingredients, blend well. Chill for 1-2 hours prior to serving.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
