INGREDIENTS
- Vegetable oil or vegetable oil cooking spray
 
- 4 boneless pork chops
 
- 1/2 Tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
 
- ¼ teaspoon salt
 
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
 
- 1 Tablespoon butter
 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
 
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
 
- Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and coat with vegetable oil cooking spray or vegetable oil.
 
- Place pork chops on the baking pan and season each side of the pork chops with dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 
- Top each pork chop with 1/4 Tablespoon of butter. Place baking pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145° F.
 
- Remove baking pan and let the pork chops rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
