Spiced Up Potatoes

Makes 4 servings; 1/2 cup each serving

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced potatoes
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt 
  • 1 Tablespoon butter

DIRECTIONS


  1. Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Drain potatoes.
  3. In a small bowl mix Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and seasoning mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are heated through and tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Refrigerate any leftovers within 2 hours.
