Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
Coat 9 x 13 baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Shred chicken and add to a medium mixing bowl. Add hot sauce and stir until all chicken pieces are coated.
Place the bottom half of rolls in the baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the bottom half of rolls then top with the chicken and hot sauce mixture. Spread chicken evenly over rolls and cover with top half of rolls. If rolls are not pre-sliced, use a serrated knife to cut in half horizontally and follow the above directions.
Brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter. Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
