INGREDIENTS
- 2 pears, ripe
- 1 Tablespoon dried cranberries, reduced sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Wash pears. Cut in half lengthwise. Cut stem tops and remove seeds with a spoon. Place the pears in a baking dish.
- Fill center with dried cranberries and walnuts and drizzle honey over each pear.
- Sprinkle each pear half with cinnamon.
- Bake for 25-30 or until pears are soft when pierced with a fork. Serve warm.
- Refrigerate any leftovers within 2 hours.
