Burger in a Bowl

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced, optional
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, low-fat, shredded
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup HappyHealthy Ranch Dressing

 

DIRECTIONS


  1. Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  2. Wash lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef, garlic powder and pepper and cook until no longer pink, about 5-10 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir into meat. Drain meat and set aside.
  4. Assemble 6 bowls with equal amounts of each ingredient: lettuce, beef, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and onions and drizzle with 2 Tablespoons of ranch dressing.
  5. Refrigerate any leftovers within 2 hours.
