Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
Wash lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef, garlic powder and pepper and cook until no longer pink, about 5-10 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir into meat. Drain meat and set aside.
Assemble 6 bowls with equal amounts of each ingredient: lettuce, beef, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and onions and drizzle with 2 Tablespoons of ranch dressing.
