Roasted Radishes

Makes 6 servings; 5 ounces each serving

  • 32 ounces (2 lb.) radishes
  • Vegetable oil cooking spray or vegetable oil
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
  3. Wash radishes under running water to remove any dirt or debris. Trim and cut into quarters or small halves.
  4. Spray a sheet pan with vegetable oil cooking spray.
  5. Put radishes, oil, salt, pepper inside a large plastic storage bag, seal, and toss to coat.
  6. Arrange radishes in one layer on sheet pan. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, until fork tender. 
  7. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
