INGREDIENTS
- 32 ounces (2 lb.) radishes
- Vegetable oil cooking spray or vegetable oil
- 1 T vegetable oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
- Wash radishes under running water to remove any dirt or debris. Trim and cut into quarters or small halves.
- Spray a sheet pan with vegetable oil cooking spray.
- Put radishes, oil, salt, pepper inside a large plastic storage bag, seal, and toss to coat.
- Arrange radishes in one layer on sheet pan. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, until fork tender.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
