Makes 14 servings, 2 tablespoons per serving
- ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise or low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons dried or fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Wash your hands well with soap and hot water.
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake until smooth. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours. Use within 2 weeks.
