Makes 14 servings, 2 tablespoons per serving

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise or low-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons dried or fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash your hands well with soap and hot water.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake until smooth. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours. Use within 2 weeks.
